WHEN ORDERING, PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH:

The quantity and type of Picoprobe®, replacement tip, or other product you require.

The brand and model number of the probe station and micropositioner which the Picoprobe® is to be mounted. GGB Industries, Inc., will select and provide the proper mounting adaptors to ensure a quick and easy addition of your Picoprobe® to your test station. Photographs of a few such mounting designs can be viewed throughout our web page.

Your Billing and Shipping Address, Purchase Order Number, and Contact Person Information (if applicable).

Please specify if a 220 Volt, 50 Hz power supply is needed when ordering Picoprobe® Models 12C, 18C, 19C, 28, 29, 34A or 35 for international orders.

METHOD OF SHIPMENT–Domestic Orders:

Unless specifically requested, domestic orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express.

METHOD OF SHIPMENT–International Orders:

Our preferred method for shipping international orders is United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express or DHL.  Costs for shipping, duties, and tariffs vary for each country.

We can estimate shipping costs, but not the cost of duties and tariffs.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Payment can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, & AMERICAN EXPRESS check in US dollars drawn on an American bank; or by wire transfer deposited directly into our bank account. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding methods of payment. All orders are F.O.B. Naples, Florida USA.

RETURNING ITEMS FOR REPAIR:

Should your Picoprobe®, Multi-Contact Wedge, Probe Card, probe tip, or other related item purchased from GGB Industries, Inc., or one of our resellers ever require an adjustment or repair, GGB Industries, Inc., offers a repair evaluation service for your convenience.

Simply contact our office to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Upon receipt of your package, our repair technicians will conduct a thorough evaluation to determine the feasibility and cost of repairs to restore your testing equipment to working condition. At your request, a repair estimate and return delivery date can be provided for you. Most repairs can be completed quickly to reduce your testing down time and at a much lower cost than replacing your Picoprobe, Multi-Contact Wedge, or Probe Card.
