Method of Shipment

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Unless specifically requested, domestic orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express.

Our preferred method for shipping international orders is United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express. Costs for shipping, duties, and tariffs vary for each country.

Payment Options

Payment can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, & AMERICAN EXPRESS check in US dollars drawn on an American bank; or by wire transfer deposited directly into our bank account. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding methods of payment. All orders are F.O.B. Naples, Florida USA.

Returning Items For Repair:

Simply contact our office to obtain a Case Number for your product. Our support staff will record any essential information pertaining to your specific issue or concerns and will provide the necessary packaging and shipping instructions. Upon receipt of your package, our repair technicians will conduct a thorough evaluation to determine the feasibility and cost of repairs to restore your testing equipment to working condition. At your request, a repair estimate and return delivery date can be provided for you. Most repairs can be completed quickly to reduce your testing down time and at a much lower cost than replacing your Picoprobe, Multi-Contact Wedge, or Probe Card.
